Because we are energy, everything we do — what we say, how we say it — carries resonance. A frequency. A vibration. This frequency manifests through geometric repetition, emerging into the physical world we see around us.
But I’m not sharing this as some esoteric flight of fancy.
I’m bringing it to light because of the real-world implications it carries — about truth, about consequence, and about the courage it takes to face both.
Truth holds resonance.
It has a frequency. A vibration.
And it cannot be dispelled — not by force, distraction, or denial — not indefinitely.
It is inevitable that truth will rise.
Whether it’s a personal truth… or a collective one we must face as a society… we will be brought to that reckoning. we must face it together.
Truth cuts deep.
Especially when our identities have been built around lies.
And it’s hard — because for many of us, we didn’t even know there was a lie.
We lived our lives trusting our environments. Trusting the institutions that were supposed to serve and protect us. So when a truth rises that contradicts the narrative we’ve built our lives, our identities upon, it can feel like an attack — not just on our worldview, but on who we are.
When what we thought was true turns out not to be —
When we were so sure, and find out we were wrong —
How do we respond?
And how could we not have seen?
Be kind to yourself.
Each of us comes to our own river in our own time.
Each of us has our own reckoning.
As revelations come to light about the very people we once admired —
Our leaders.
Our teachers.
Our favourite movie stars.
Our musicians and idols.
Our philanthropists.
Our spiritual guides.
Even our own families.
But these truths are not just a reckoning for them.
They are a reckoning for us.
How did we sleepwalk this far?
How did we allow depravity to persist — in plain sight?
Have we handed away too much of our personal power — to government, to systems, to “experts”?
Have we forgotten our own responsibility?
Truth is coming.
To us all.
It is not here to punish us.
It is here to awaken us.
It is a gift — to grow, to learn, to evolve.
Truth is energy.
It just is.
And when it rises in your life…
