my mind is doing overtime today.
but i am aware, simply allowing these thoughts
to come and go,
as spontaneously as they rise,
in a whimper they fall.
there is so much thinking,
but not the emotional attachment
to anchor them into overstaying their welcome.
it’s not that i don’t care, i do.
but i realise this is the natural, human way of processing events.
allowing is the key.
not fearing what passes through.
not resisting.
non-judgement is necessary.
without judgement, every thought is okay.
acknowledged, just a thought.
you are not your thoughts,
nor the thinker of thoughts.
you are, in fact, the observer.
thoughts arise
from the infinite field of possibility.
the true you,
your being,
is the one watching.
this can only be known through feeling.
if you try to think about this,
you are back in thought.
so:
shut your eyes.
breathe.
feel your presence within your chest.
if you feel peace,
this is you.
the true you.
your being.
you can return whenever you like.
it is the only part of you that never changes.
find these moments between thoughts.
catch yourself with awareness from time to time.
and that is enough.
you are already enough.
your inner presence.
your inner peace.
your place of nurturing.
your place of stillness.
from no thing into existence,
we manifest our realities.
the magic of life,
to sustain, flourish, and thrive.
within will be your body’s message,
showing you what demands your attention.
so give it your attention.
where your blockages lie,
a doorway begins.
a path to step into.
and so it is.
