i’m a writer and storyteller based in the uk.

for a long time, i lived without really questioning anything, until life forced me to.

what followed was a period of change that stripped things back.

my marriage ended, i started looking at everything differently, and i found myself trying to make sense of it all.

writing became the place i did that.

it started as journaling, then became poetry, and slowly grew into something more.

lionheart came out of that process — a blend of reflection, poetry, and story, written in real time as life was unfolding.

alongside this, i’m involved in community work through andy’s man club, helping create spaces where men can talk openly and reconnect with themselves.
